Resumen del libro

Madrid 1613, Diego Villanueva must take his twin brothers place after an accident prevents Alvaro from acting on stage. Diego believes it was no accident and decides that the only way to find out who was behind it and to preserve his brothers budding popularity is to keep the switch a secret. Ana Robles, the seamstress for the acting troupe, realizes something is up and confronts Diego. To keep her quiet, he asks her to join in the investigation and a romance begins to blossom. Ana, however, always believed she was in love with Alvaro and must decide if what she feels for Diego is real.
